Project enquiries

When you contact JMPLaunch, we use the name, email address, organization, service selection, and message you provide to respond and discuss your project. Please do not include passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information.

How the form works

Cloudflare hosts the website and processes the enquiry form. Your message is sent to [email protected], hosted by MXroute. Your email is included so we can reply. The website does not add you to a marketing list or send an automatic customer email.

Spam protection and storage

The form uses temporary tokens, a hidden spam-check field, and request limits. Tokens are tied to a one-way digest incorporating your IP address and website origin. The token database does not store your message or contact details. Tokens expire after 30 minutes and expired records are removed on subsequent form use. Our application logs record delivery references and errors without message content. Hosting providers may process IP addresses and request metadata for security and operation.

Email and your choices

Enquiries and replies remain in our business email while needed to handle the conversation and any resulting work. You can ask about your information or request its correction or deletion by emailing [email protected]. We may need to retain information for ongoing work or recordkeeping obligations.

Cookies and external sites

This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Hosting security services may use technical cookies when needed. Links to portfolio projects take you to other websites with their own privacy practices.
